In a nutshell
In this role, you'll lead the execution of all agency-led development projects forRedbull.com, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll manage key agency relationships and drive clear, efficient workflows across cross-functional teams to bring projects from concept to go-live.
Process Optimization
By continuously refining processes and introducing best practices, you’ll improve execution, enhance cost efficiency, and ensure clarity across all phases of a project.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders like product managers and publishing teams, aligning efforts and ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
Quality Assurance & Governance
You’ll also be responsible for maintaining quality assurance and governance, upholding high standards across all international initiatives on Redbull.com.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 2+ years of experience working in or with digital agencies and solid experience working with CMS and related tools.
- Experience managing large scale digital projects.
- Strong project management and presentation skills with PowerPoint skills, strong execution and organizational skills.
- Team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and reliably in a multilingual, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English, additional languages a plus.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
